Easy Returns

Do you wish to return one of our products? Are you not 100% satisfied with it or do you want a replacement? Read our Return Policy to learn how to return our products for exchange or refund. The typical problems that might make you wish to return a product are given below.

NOTE: Non-custom products only may be returned for credit within 30 days of receipt, provided the product is in new, re-sellable condition and has an accompanying RGA number.

1. If the product fails to match your requirements 100%, or is found to be defective, then the product can be returned for replacement with another product. Contact us without delay.

2. If it is discovered that a different product has been ordered by mistake, then we would replace it with the correct product, after deducting all applicable labor charges.
